Citi Accountability
I can not get anyone to listen to me that my mortgage is current.The bankruptcy department at citi and the regular department at citi can not grt their infomation staight and they harrass me constantly even though I can prove I am right. What can I do? I am desperate.

You first might try writing to Citibank corporate at 100 Citibank Dr., San Antonio, TX 78254. I suggest sending complete details in a certified letter. If necessary you could then appeal to the Texas Dept. of Banking at www.banking.state.tx.us. (You can call them at 512-475-1300.)
