Over Heat/ Low Coolant Warning
I replaced the thermostat and refilled the coolant tank but still continues to say low coolant and the heat temp raise up.

The coolant should reset when filled. The sensor may have failed. I suggest you take it to a local service shop, they may need to do a radiator flush & refill.
