2009 Malibu Dangerous In Bad Weather.

This car is the worst performing car I ever drove. Even if there is a 1/2" of snow and temperture 26. The car will not go up a slight hill. It has tracksion. Just slip and slide. What is the problem with this car. It has done this since I bought it 2-2009. spoke to my dealership Schumacher in Little Falls N>J> They have no answers Very frightented to drive my car. Please adivise Thank You
