Can I Get A Pass 3 Key Code To Start My Car W/o Taking To Dealership

I cannot start my 2006 chevy uplander. when i put key in it says key in ignition,the dic isnt working either and when i try to start the car i hear little clicks coming from the pass 3  key thing under my key switch. is there anything i can do do help myself  without taking to dealership,  because they want 110 dollars just to bring her in?
