How Do I Change The Fuel Door On 2002 Trailblazer
The fuel door on my 2002 trailblazer is broken can it be replaced?

If this is iy job then i suggest you get a mig welder and the new part for the car. Since the fuel door is actually welded to the body panel you will have to get a new pain job because of the heat expelled from the metal welding. You take the panel off and with a cut off wheel you remove the old hinge. This will expose new metal for the new part to be welded. Weld that part to the new metal making sure its aligned properly. After the weld is ne i suggest using some sort of enaml or rubber coating to seal up any showingmetal. Once done re apply the pannel d you are done. If you dont want to use a welder which will alter cars paint color due to the heat of the welder you can use metal epoxy putty as well instead of weoding.
But if this is not a dyi job, its better to take it to a certified auto repair shop.
