There should be a kit that came with your truck. It contains a jack and a long rod that is used to crank the jack and to get the spare tire out. First, locate a fitting near the spare and insert the long rod. Once the rod is in crank it to the left until the tire comes down. After you have the spare, loosen the lugs on the intended wheel and jack up the car on that side. Once the car is in the air, completely remove the lugnuts and remove the tire. Put on the replacement tire, put on the lugnuts, and tighten them as much as you can by hand. Lower the vehicle. Once the vehicle is on the ground, tighten the lugnuts until you can not turn them any more. There you have it!
