Complaints Or Recalls R/t Black Trackers With Poor Paint And White Splotches

Multiple black trackers (ZR2) with poor clear coat base from manufacturer & white splotchy areas increase...thot it was just my pre-owned Tracker until started seeing 5 other black ZR2 in 2 local towns with same problem. Has there ever been a silent recall ....really decreases value of a car when started with manufacturer's process
