Where To Get My Headlights Fi9xed

hi could you please tell me how to turn on my headlights and if they use fuses because ive need them my headlights and i just cant find them anywhere please ive read that they might be automatic but not mine and also where the switc is or at least a location where i coukld get them fixed im in the 90022 area and also i couldnt download your car manual on this public computer
