How Do I Adjust My Headlights?

I need to know how to adjust mug headlights

Pull your car up to a wall about 8-10 feet away from it facing the wall head on. Open the hood and look at the top of each headlight assembly. You will see two adjustment screws on each side. one controls up and down and one points the light left and right. Use your highbeams and aim the lights so they are pointing straight in front of the vehicle.
