Event Tickets

I purchased event tickets on 04-04-14 and recieved a call from your company to confirm and was told that I would receive the tivkets vis FedX, I have not received anthything yet I verified on line and its sayts that my order was cancceled but yet my VISA was charged. I have called and sent e-mails but no one gets back to me. Who can Help me with this ? I need to know so that I can purchase by other means.
