On Friday Our Router/modem For Prism/internet Stopped Working. It Won't Work Now

We were on Xbox Live when we suddenly got disconnected. Tried to log back on and couldnt. Noticed lights on router were not on. We disconnected it and plugged it back in. Tried resetting it. And nothing. All it does now when you plug it in is all the lights on it flash green real fast and light on the actual charger/plug in continues to blink on and off in green. We went to our local centurylink office yesterday (2/2/15) and were treated the worst ever. We have been customers since 2008 and Have never missed a payment. We pay $ 165.00 a month to have phone/internet/prism bundled. The customer service guy said that they have modems at their office but dont carry the modem that is used for prism at the offices any more. They went on to say that they dont handle any issues with anything where prism is involved. We have to call the prism 800 number and take it up with them. So we asked can they help walk us through the process and they said NO !!! We have to do it on our own and then wait for packaging to send modem off and wait for them to test it out and see what the issues are. Long story short...2 to 4 weeks !!! No tv or internet....but they still want the bill paid !!! My husband then asked if they had a loaner we could use till then and he said yeah....at $ 7.99 a day plus taxes. It is awfully funny they will not help us with the router/modem because it belongs to prism yet the name stamped on the front of the modem in big green letters is CENTURYLINK !!!! By this point we were a little "pissed"...and let them know how we felt. Instead of trying to help solve the situation or offer some help....he preceded to tell us "Why dont you just disconnect the service with us and go to another company" !!! The router is a C2000T TECHNICOLOR. Any help is appreciated.

This is the corporate office try telling them what your going through i had a similar thing happen a year ago just not with prism and i finally got a manager on the phone and she credited my account so i didnt pay for a year, you might have just got a bad person over the phone 800-788-3600

if this doesnt work try disconnecting the name from all devices then search for it again. Or plug it into a different wall jack then call them to have them set it up and i think that would reset it. Sorry your having such a sh**ty expeirence with them
