Roku Connection To Internet Provider

I'll unable to run my new Roku - sometimes it will locate Century Link as my provider and other times no - Once I get past the provider and need to enter my password it rejects it - I have disabled the MAC so it should connnect to all stations - Have even added their network to the network screen - Have tried both  my internet password and WEP characters from the rear of the router - No luck - Help - thanks
