Why Cant I Access Our Email Account And Get No Help From Centurylink

I have been attempting to access our email account for the last ten days to no avail. When I do get in I receive a message stating the server is slow to respond and may not be available. Customer service reps keep telling me to use different browsers which I have done and they still insist on using different browser, They dont care or understand that I have done that and still they insist it isnt their issue,

Sorry for your problems. The reason why customer service even exists, or why it is helpful at all (when it is) is that customer satisfaction increases usage and profits. Unfortunately, some companies don't seem to realize that and skimp on customer service, which is expensive.
