Question Regarding The Pcr-t2100 Cash Register

CAN YOU ENTER A CASH SALE WITHOUT SETTING UP A PLU # AND SETTING UP A COST UP FRONT. FOR INSTANCE CAN I JUST ENTER $10. FOR FEW ITEMS THAT I HAVE AND JUST DON'T WANT TO SET UP? ALSO WHEN I SELL SOMETHING , FOR INSTANCE THE TOTAL DUE IS 18.50 AND THE CASH TENDERED IS 20.00, IT WILL NOT SHOW CHANGE DUE BACK TO CUSTOMER. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO FIX THIS?
