Volume Stuck
Everything works fine with my CTK-5000, except one thing, which happened suddenly and without explanation. The volume control function has ceased to work. Whether the volume knob is all the way down or all the way up, or anywhere in between, the volume stays at the same level, which is very low. That's right. Even when the volume is all the way down, there is still sound coming through the speakers (or headphones). And with the volume knob all the way up, there is no difference in level. Is there any way to address this issue? And if it can't be fixed, can I use all the tracks I've saved on my SD card on the CTK-6000 or 7000?
