Billing Error.
I recently (mid April) made a request (online) for ONE accident report on my own vehice. I used my VISA card. I was told, or prob. should say could read the charge would be $39.99 for one report. When I got my VISA bill statement I was charged $99.99 on 4/27/2023 and also charged $55.00 on 5/08/2023. I just wanted ONE report and I requested only ONE report. Why in the world was I charged so much. The ref. numbers for the charges are on the bill transaction summary with your company name "CARFAX" making the charges. If I do not hear from you soon, I will be contacting your main office in Centreville, VA. 20120. I be waiting for your response. James Crandell
