Ipf5100 'carriage Motion Error'
everytime i want to print i get "carriage motion error" right after "initialising" message on the display screen. The printer tells me to "power up again". when i restart the printer it process of cleaning the head every time i restart the printer.

The service manual says:
“CARTRIDGE JAMMED”
Printing position compensation failed
Cause: Carriage movement prevented by one of the following.
Damaged or deformed carriage shaft.
Insufficient grease.
Solution: Replace the carriage shaft.
Replace the deformed parts.
Apply more grease.
