Canon Vixia Hf R20 How Do I Import Video To Windows Xp?

In that case you must connect the camera to your computer via USB. Your files will be located by clicking Start, and Computer.
In the computer window you'll see several drives; all with letters. Each computer is different, so I can't tell you which drive will represent your camera. I can tell you that the C: drive is normally the computer's hard drive. D: or E: is typically the CD/DVD drive. An easy way to tell which drive letter represents your camera is by leaving the computer window open and unplug/replug the camera into the USB port. Whichever drive letter dissapears/reappears is the camera. Double click on its icon and look for a folder called DCIM. This is where your videos or pictures should be stored. You can copy and paste this folder into My Documents or any folder of the computer to backup the files
