Video Wont Play
I have owned canon camcorders for years and have never had issues of replay on laptop, but I am having an issue with this camcorder. I have tried 2 separate cards and it is not working. What am I missing

Solution
Open the LCD panel and power on the camcorder.
Touch the Home icon.
Drag left or right to display Other Settings.
Touch Other Settings.
Touch the wrench icon to display the System Setup menu.
Drag the menu down to display Reset All.
Touch the highlighted section to select it.
