How Do I Clean The 'fixing Assembly' On My Canon Pc-7 Desktop Copy Machine?

I am getting some streaking marks starting the 3rd sheet printed. Think could need fixing assembly cleaning. Also, have difficult time finding where I can purchase a fixing assembly cleaner by itself without having to buy another toner cartridge.

To clean the fixing assembly on your Canon PC-7 desktop copy machine, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Locate the fixing assembly by referring to your machine's user manual. It is typically located near the toner cartridge.
  3. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe down the exterior of the fixing assembly. Be sure to remove any toner or debris that may have accumulated.
  4. If there is stubborn toner or debris that will not come off with a dry cloth, you can use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on the cloth to help loosen it.
  5. Once you have finished cleaning the fixing assembly, reassemble your machine and plug it back in.
  6. To purchase a fixing assembly cleaner, you may want to contact Canon support or check their website for any available options.

Note: It is always a good idea to consult the user manual before attempting to disassemble or clean any parts of your machine.
