Downloading Pictures To The Computer
I have loaded the files from the Digital Camera Solution Disk successfully. When I attach the camera to the computer using the USB port, the computer tells me the connection has failed....does not recognize camera is attached. What am I doing wrong.

Try using another USB cable or changing different ports. Do not forget to wait for the drivers to install before use or ejecting the USB as the camera connection will only be recognized if and only if the drivers are installed which takes some time (a process that happens in the background *Can be found in the lower right corner of the windows taskbar).
