Hi. This must be a setup or configuration issue as this Pixma model has full AirPrint support. See the .pdf doc here http://www.canon.ca/support_images/KB_Images/Shared_wifi_documents/How_to_Print_Using_Apple_AirPrint_NEW.pdf for assistance with the setup.
