Hi,

this error is normally related to "paper jam, ink cartridges stuck, or from not using printer in a while" . This may take a bit of trial and error to resolve.

* remove all paper , remove and clean ink cartridges, power cycle device.. by unplugging for 5 mins and plugging back in.
