Printer Only Prints Color.
My printer and all of the ink cartridges are brand new fresh out of the carton, but the printer does not print black ink, it only prints out color print jobs. Any suggestions or can someone help?

Please remove the black ink cartridge and install it again. Try also to clean the ink cartridge especially on the part where the ink is leaking. Wipe it with a cotton ball. If this did not fix the issue, the ink cartridge may not be compatible or has a damage which becomens unusable. Here's the manual for further instructions about removing and installing the ink cartridges.
