My Mx712 Printer Says It Is Our Of Paper. Ther Is Plenty Of Paper.

Printer is new. Was working fine. Suddenly it does not feed the paper. I am using the back tray. You can hear it try to load but the paper does not go in.

Same issue happened to me.  You need to check the 'tray' designation.  If you usually utilize the paper option from the bottom tray...try loading paper via the paper slot in the rear of the unit.  If you still don't have paper loading there is something more at issue and will need to be looked at.
