Where Can I Obtain A Windows (cd-1) Setup Cd-rom?

You cannot actually buy the setup CD of your Canon PIXMA MX700. However, you can download its contents and have these burned/written to a CD/DVD media. The contents of the CD are the driver software. Drivers can be downloaded at Canon website and here's the link to the download page.
