I Have A Fax In Memory On My Mx512 And Don't Know How To Access It.

Usually the fax just prints but this time it went into memory. I don't know why and I don't know how to access it. My printer says I am low on ink but I put in a new cartridge recently. Any help?

1. You don't need any ink at all to print the fax to file, from which you can read it, delete it, or both.

2. If despite your new cartidge your printer reports that you're low on ink, either the cartridge was defective or it was inserted incorrectly. If the former, return it. I suggest first reinserting it: To be sure you're doing it right, go to this Canon page and link to the article listed first.
