Getting Paper Jam Message With No Jammed Paper In Site.
After printing one page, the printer sounded like it was catching something so I pulled the spare papers out of the tray. Soon after I did that, the paper jam message came on. Not seeing any paper stuck in the machine, I pressed the OK button but the paper jam message kept showing. My husband also looked for any jammed paper but found none. What should we do next?
