Manual For Canon Pixma Mx452

I have been unable to use the scanner on this machine. I can't find my manual so I don't know what I am doing wrong. Do you know the steps?

Go to this page for instructions for many scanning problems. You may download the manual here, it is available only in a .exe file.

Hello lucrecia,

Your printer/scanner is used with the "My Image Garden" software to scan images on your device. You would need to check if you have this software installed, if not you will need to install it manually.

If you would like to install the software you can go to the Canon website and dowload it. The link is provided below:

Canon Pixma MX452 Drivers and Downloads

Once at the link click on the Drivers and Software tab then choose your operating system. Click on the Software tab to locate the "My Image Garden" software to download and install.

Once you have this software you can open it up and scan your images.

Also, if you click on the Brochures and Manuals tab at the link above, you can download/view manuals, getting started guide, Using Image Garden guide, and other documents for your model.

NOTE: Most of the documents are in pdf format.
