Computer Wont Recognize Printer

After working fine for months, the computer says that it doesn't recognize the printer. I have retarted the computer, hooked up the USB again and in each port, but nothing! Please help

I believe that the compatible driver software may not be installed into your computer system. Even you have connected the USB cable, power cable, etc., you still need to install the driver software. You can download the latest and compatible driver software for this device here:
