Make sure that the size of paper as well as the type is compatible with your Canon PIXMA MX350. Based on the product specifications provided by Cnet, your printer is compatible with Legal (8.5 in x 14 in) paper size. You should also properly load the paper into the paper tray by following the instructions provided in the manual. Here's the link to the manual:
