I Replaced My Black Ink Cartridge But The Black Ink Light Is Still On?

Try to reinstall the black ink cartridge because the previous installation may not be proper. Also, make sure that the black ink cartridge is the compatible ink cartridge for your Canon PIXMA MP495 printer.
