Printer Not Printing. Message On Printer Screen.
My Canon MG6320 says" check paper tray. Upper tray is empty"But I am trying to print 8 1/2 x 11 paper and that comes from the bottom tray which has plenty of paper. Help!! What do I do? I have turned the power off, and then on again. I have also removed the printer , and then re-installed it. oNthing has worked. Please help. Eileen Fostey
