Pixma Mg5320 Model Code U052 For Wrong Printer Head?

have had this printer for over a year with no issues and now am getting an error u052 for wrong printer head. Have taken it apart, cleaned it, factory reset and nothing is working. Any help?

You need to reset the print head. You'll find instructions here. Look below the graphic representation of a printer. Good luck!
