Paper Jamming During Printing
The paper jams after the first few lines have printed. This initially occured quite suddenly during a long print run. I cleared the paper but it is now jamming each time try to print.

I believe you did not completely clear the jam. Paper jams are often elusive. See the tips at http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000980.htm.
