Bad Print Jobs
Printing documents results in black not entirely printing the page. I believe this is a problem with the PGBK nossle (plenty of ink in the tank) but printing test patterns are not uniform and the printer interface only runs me round in circles. how should i fix the lousy results? With thanks, Peter

Try cleaning the print head nozzles. Go to this Canon page and link to the article (near the end of the list) that applies to your operating system.
