Pixma Mg2120 Doesn't Recognize Ink Cartridges

I've bought 2 compatible ink cartridges (240XL and 241HL) from a serious seller. I installed them, but the printer shows error E05 and doesn't work. Thanks for your help!

If the printer does not recognize the cartridge, there are only two (or possibly three) possibilities. Either (a) the cartridge is off-brand and not supported, or just not intended for your printer; (b) it is defective; or possibly (c) it was inserted incorrectly.
