What Does E2-40 Mean When It Is Flashing

Your Canon PC720 or any other printer is flashing because it is in the standby mode. This means that it just waits for the print job to be executed. Press the power button and print a document to remove the flashing or standby mode. Also refer to the user's manual for additional information.
