Just Stopped No Power

Since Canon MX700 does not have any battery just link laptop computers, the only possible problem for having no power is the power cord. The very first thing that you need to do is to check the proper connection of your Canon MX700 power cord. You may also need to replace the power cord. You can buy a new replacement power cord at Amazon.com. Here's the product link:
