Support Scanner Is Not Installed

I have installed the scanner/printer on a Windows 7 64 bit laptop. The scanner only works from choosing Devices and Printers off the Start menu. Have installed the MP Tool box but get an erro message: A supported scanner is not installed. Cannon find any scanner drivers to install.

Select Drivers and Software, select your Operating system, and install the programs under Software section. This should work
