Based on my research, Canon EOS 60D does not have any available driver software for Windows 8 Operating System. The driver software for this camera might be already included in the Operating System. The Canon support website displays this message:

There is no driver for the OS Version you selected. The driver may be included in your OS or you may not need a driver.

You can download the other driver software available for this device here:
