My Machine Keeps Telling Me To Insert The Embroidery Frame.

Problem: My Brothers Pacesetter ULT2002 indicates that the embroidery frame needs inserted. The unit is correctly in place, the correct frame size inserted...yet the start button remains red instead of green. I have taken the embroidery unit off, turned off the machine and then restarted...yet it still gives me the error to insert the embroidery frame. Please HELP!
