Machine Quit Reading 6x10 Hoop

My ULT2001 has quit reading my 6x10 hoop. A piece fell out and I am assuming it came from the hoop sensor. It reads all hoops except the 6x10. Piece came from the middle of the (3) switch like things below the center of the arm that faces the inside of the machine. I am trying to find a replacement part and am in desperate need of a part #. If you could possibly help I would appreciate it so much. Thanks,Pam Holloway

As far as I know the brain of the machine can only read 5x 7 at a time you can however get a bigger hoop but then you would have to spit the design
and reposition the hoop each time

In order to split the design, you would need a program that can do this. You might want to talk to your dealer and see if they have any previously loved machines that will take the bigger hoop. The bigger the hoop, the more the machine is going to cost. Sorry there aren't any quick fixes for what your after.*

Thanks
