Bobbin Thread

help!  ever since i have owned my brother pe770 embroidery machine the bobbin thread periodically comes thru to the topside!  it then takes me hours and i mean hours to get it to run right!  i may be able to embroidery 6 or 7 items and then bam it does it again!  and i start all over again--this has happened ever since i have owned it!  it happens even when i have to put a new bobbin in also!  help!!!

Mine did the same thing!! all you do is tight the screw on the bobbin and then put fingernail polsh on the screw!! it WORKS trust me and then also before you sew make sure the bobbin and top thread have no slak
