Bobbin Thread Coming Up Into Design

I have a new machine at it was working fine...suddenly it began sewing the design with bobbin thread.  Rethreaded, changed bobbin, and changed needle (over and over).  Also, change tension.  No help.  No matter what I do, it sews any letter or design with white bobben thread. Any thoughts on this?

I see you have a new machine.  You can always call the business where you purchased the machine or just go by Jo-Ann's sewing center inside their store and ask one of the girls in the store.  The manual has a problem section and I find when the bobbin is not working propery it is usually a threading issue.  HOpe this helps you.
