Thread Getting Stuck In Bobbin Case

When sewing on the embroidery machine the top is getting stuck in the bobbin case and the bobbin thread us not feeding

The brother bobbin has a flat side and a curved side. The bobbin must be wound so the when you place the bobbin in the case, the flat side is up. Worked for me!
