My Touchscreen Does Not Work.

THE DEALER I BOUGHT IF FROM IN 2000 SAYS HE REPAIRED IT BUT I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE IT IN 10 YEARS. I FOLLOWED HIS PLAN ON HOW TO RESET IT BY HOLDING BUTTONS AND TOUCHING NUMBERS ON SCTEEN BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. I LOVE THIS MACHINE BUT IT CAN'T BE USED.
