Scans Show What Appear To Be 'track' Lines
When I scan a picture, there are lines that show up--sometimes black and sometimes white. They are hardly detected on the original size, but any enlarging and they are obvious. I have cleaned and calibrated several times. This is the first time I've used the machine, but i purchased it a year ago. It would probably be out of warranty now. I really like the duplex, the 8.5x14 and convenience. I really hate the lines. Any suggestions?
