Print Quality
The print quality of our copies appears very light on the right-hand side of the paper. We just replaced our drum and toner and I don't believe that needs replaced as of yet. Any insight into what to do next. We did move the green slide on the cartridge back and forth as instructed and it fixes the problem for a short period of time but returns to the faint streak down one side or the other.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First question would be if you bought OEM parts or are you using third party toner and drum. you could always remove the toner and take a close look at the mag roller. It should have a even cover of toner across the surface. Usually when I see problems where the faint print or copies comes in goes its usually bad toner.
