while music is playing there a pause in the music then it continue

do you have any older 30-pin devices that you could test (directly connecting to the dock, without the adapter)? If the issue persists with a 30-pin Apple device, we will know the issue isn't the adapter. However, if it seems to be working fine, it may be the adapter that is having some sort of connection issue.
Also, if you haven't already, I'd recommend resetting the SoundDock by unplugging power and reconnecting after 1 minute.

Please try to reset your SoundDock by following the steps below:
Remove the iPod from the dock.
Unplug the SoundDock power cord from the power outlet. Wait 30 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord.
Retest the system.

The easiest way to update your SoundTouch speaker is by going into the SoundTouch app, and selecting your speaker in the tray at the bottom. There should be a button that says "Update Speaker".
